AI ON TRIAL

You are the jury. AI is on trial.

Opening

The case: If AI demonstrably makes better decisions than humans, should humans still have the right to overrule it?

A very practical question for leaders: what do you do when an AI recommendation conflicts with your own judgement — in hiring, forecasting, pricing, risk or operations?

Session

About this session

This is not another AI panel. For EARLY STAGE #3, we turn the room into a courtroom.

Two sides make their case. Witnesses bring evidence from practice and research. The audience is the jury, questions both sides, weighs the arguments and delivers the verdict. Not whether AI is impressive. But when you should trust it more than yourself.

Prosecution: If AI demonstrably performs better, humans should always trust the outcomes.

Defense: Accuracy is not judgment: humans should always have the space for the final veto.

Audience

Who this is for

For founders, executives and decision-makers who already use — or will soon use — AI in real decisions.

Hiring. Forecasting. Pricing. Risk. Operations. Investment.

You do not need to be an AI expert. You need to make decisions.
